Noah Kalina took a daily photo of himself for five years, then made a video
I've been showing this video to everyone I know, so I thought you guys would dig it too. Photographer Noah Kalina took a daily photo of himself for six years and made a movie of the results.
It's a work in progress. I like how Noah named the project "everyday," which means "ordinary" but is often conflated with "daily." Here the double entendre works well, since there's nothing extraordinary about any single photo, but the product is amazing. Noah's excellent use of the word everyday does not, however, excuse Dasani and their slogan "Treat yourself well. Everyday." You might as well be saying "Treat yourself well. Commonplace."

According to the OED:
Everyday =
1. n, Each day in continued succession
2. attrib into adj, Of or pertaining to every day, daily;
3. Of articles of dress: Worn on ordinary days or week-days, as opposed to Sundays or high-days
And finally,
4. To be met with every day; common, ordinary. Of persons and their attributes: Commonplace, mediocre, inferior.

Love the Blog, Steve. It is my new, daily addiction. Concise yet informative.
We'd love to know what you think about our comedy short, "Can We Do That?" Thanks, Cory.
