Felicia Day's next project

By Andrew Wallenstein
It didn't take her casting alongside bona-fide capital-S stars like Neil Patrick Harris in "Dr. Horrible's Sing-Along Blog" to convince us Felicia Day could be the It Girl for Internet video; Reel Pop has been on her jock since her self-produced series "The Guild" started getting some buzz (view above). So it comes as no surprise that she's landed yet another Internet series of her own creation: Machinima.com has hired to write a sitcom set in--where else?--a popular video game. Look for five short-form episodes that will eventually be combined into a half-hour pilot; audience feedback will affect the creative direction of four more such half hours. Day, who is repped by ICM, is becoming for online video what Parker Posey was for online film--only with discernible talent.

She's great...good to see her talent is being rewarded

Awesome. She was pretty cool in Dr. Horrible, and it'll be interesting to see her spread her wings a bit.
